Our team of technical staff are on hand to make sure that your equipment never stops working for you. From routine maintenance, filter exchanges and breakdowns, our team are on hand to offer advice and carry out work wherever it is needed.

Pelican Rouge serves over 8.5million cups of coffee every day. With our own roaster in Holland and over 150 years of heritage and experience we truly understand how to create a great quality coffee.

To serve a superb coffee you need more than the right blend of beans. Having the most appropriate, quality

equipment and keeping this serviced and maintained to be in perfect working order is also essential.

At Pelican Rouge we work with the leading coffee machine manufacturers to provide the latest technology across traditional, bean to cup and multiple variants to ensure we can offer you the best suited equipment for your needs whether you run a coffee shop, supply drinks for your staff or are in any other location.

And with over 40 years of experience in the UK we have a network of seven depots and 212 dedicated engineers to deliver our industry leading technical service, ensuring your machines are always up and running when you need them.

Our friendly sales team are experts on the wide range of coffee machines we supply and they would be happy to advise you on the best machine to suit your needs.

Technical maintenance and annual servicing can be added for all machines.

Technical service offer

We have a UK call centre, available 9am-5pm, 364 days a year to respond to your calls. Our local engineers respond to call outs within 24 hours and operate at a 95% first time fix rate.

The offer includes:

  • An annual preventative maintenance inspection to ensure your machines continue to provide great quality coffee. This includes:
  • Servicing
  • Replacement of parts as needed
  • Water filter exchange
  • Recalibration
  • Boiler inspections as required under the PSSR regulations
  • Call outs with 24 hour response (Monday to Friday)
  • Dispatch of monthly cleaning kits to you

All of the spare parts we use are manufacturer approved and our engineers are professionally trained on all machine variants.

Technical service is available on a wide range of traditional and bean to cup machines – whether you purchased your machine from Pelican Rouge or elsewhere.
