At Pelican Rouge, we are continuously reviewing our service operations. We regularly train our technical and operating staff keeping them up-to-date on product and machine development, plus we liaise with our European colleagues in order to find best practice'.
For our range of vending machines and beverage systems we offer installation, training, call-out repair and inclusive maintenance contracts.
Our two main standard levels of maintenance contract cover the majority of needs but if you have more specific requirements please let us know.
Customers receive full service cover for the normal working week (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays).
Our Platinum Maintenance Cover is designed to meet the needs of our customers whose businesses operate 7 days a week. Have total peace of mind that you are covered even if your machine should go wrong during a busy weekend. Once we have agreed with you the machine best suited to your needs we will explain the specific maintenance options available to you.
